This was the best experience I've ever had. My husband was having issues charging his phone, and I called around 10:00 PM, not expecting anyone to still be available. To my surprise, they answered right away and were incredibly helpful. Even though it was late at night and the issue was something as simple as cleaning the charging port, they got us in as quickly as possible. The service was fast, professional, and greatly appreciated. I highly recommend them!

Excellent service. Quick and easy repair, there and done in about 15 minutes; considering I got a new screen and battery replaced for my iPhone 13 after excessive water damage, it works like a dream now.

Álvaro is outstanding! We were on a layover in the SLC airport, and I called Alvaro for an urgent repair to my wife's charging port. Our time was short, and the cost would have been high for him to come to us. He instead walked me through how to properly clean the charging port without damaging it (I had already tried unclogging it). His instructions worked, and made it possible for us to continue our journey with an intact cell phone. Thank you Alvaro!

I had a great experience with Alvaro. My older Samsung Galaxy suddenly died, and I needed to recover the pictures from my phone. When I spoke with him, he stood out as someone who genuinely cared and wanted to find the best solution to help recover my photos. He took the time to try a battery replacement and test the phone before referring me to the right person, who was ultimately able to recover all of my photos. I truly appreciate his help and highly recommend him!
